Caring Angels Nursing offers clear, honest pricing with two main options: Companion Care, and Licensed Nursing Services. You receive consistent care from licensed nurses, not a rotating staff of unknown caregivers. Caring Angels Nursing is a private duty, nurse-owned service. We do not operate as a staffing agency or home health agency.
Ways we serve you:
Companion Care – Starting at $25/hour
- Social support, safety checks, and light assistance.
- Licensed professionals providing companion-level care, not unlicensed aides.
- Minimum 2-hour visit per appointment.
- Light housekeeping and 1 load of laundry (as time allows).
- Ideal for: Social visits, light housekeeping, errands, safety monitoring.
- Meal prep and simple snacks.
Skilled Nursing Care – Starting at $35-$40 /hour (depending on complexity of care)
- RN/LPN medical care for more complex needs.
- Wound care, catheter care, and medication management.
- Dementia and memory care support by a Certified Dementia Specialist (CDS), with rate adjusted for complexity.
- Minimum 2-hour visit per appointment.
Service Area & Travel Fees
- Roswell, NM: Included.
- Dexter, NM: Flat $12.
- Artesia, NM: Flat $15.

Unlike many companion care companies that charge $30–$40 per hour for unlicensed caregivers, Caring Angels Nursing provides licensed RN and LPN professionals at companion-care prices. As an owner-operated private nursing service, our overhead is low, so you pay for care, not a large agency’s marketing and franchise fees.
